Installation Warranty

Fixcam provides a 1-Year Workmanship Warranty covering installation-related concerns only.

Manufacturer warranties are provided by the respective product brands.

We use professional, non-invasive installation methods, including reversible fuse tap connections that do not permanently modify factory wiring.

Customers are responsible for ensuring installation is permitted under their lease or financing agreement.

Removal service is available if restoration is required.

Installations connect only to standard 12V systems.
High-voltage systems are never accessed.

Parking mode performance depends on battery health and voltage settings.

Cold weather and battery age may affect recording duration.

Rear camera wiring follows factory routing paths.
Fixcam is not responsible for pre-existing seal deterioration or prior body repairs.

No modification is made to factory airbag systems.

Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

Fixcam’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service provided.
